John Morse has been promoted to Branch Manager of the newly expanded Ellsworth branch. John joined Franklin Savings Bank in 2023 and has been instrumental in establishing and growing the bank’s retail presence in the Ellsworth market. His entrepreneurial background and military service have shaped him into an exceptional leader and a dedicated teammate. As Branch Manager, John looks forward to continuing to build strong community relationships and supporting customers with a full suite of banking services. He lives in Ellsworth with his wife and their four children.

A banking professional since 1996, Crystal has built an impressive career centered around commercial lending, branch leadership and business development. Known for her deep knowledge and commitment to customer success, Crystal is also a passionate community leader. She serves on the Ellsworth Chamber Board of Directors, volunteers with the Rotary Club of Ellsworth, and participates in Junior Achievement. Crystal resides in Bangor with her husband and is a proud mother of two.
