Cash Management Specialist
Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team! We have an opening for a Cash Management Specialist to support the Business Solutions team in maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as cultivation of new business.
The Cash Management Specialist is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our Commercial customers in a variety of ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and prospects to develop a detailed understanding of their deposit needs, their criteria for decision making, their technology, and their competitive pressures, demonstrating professionalism with a strong customer service and sales background.
- Work independently with branch managers, commercial lending staff, and others to identify opportunities for business solutions and electronic banking products and services.
- Prepares agreements/documents for customers as they pertain to products being used and maintained.
- Work with internal and external sources to educate, identify and offer solutions for security and fraud protection in regard to our products.
- Actively participate in business development activities or networking opportunities after normal business hours.
Qualifications:
- A.A. Degree or combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in calculation of figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with tact and finesse
- Robust attention to detail
- Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work
- Comfortable navigating client visits with office-based work in between.

- This position is ideally based in one of the following areas: Rumford or Farmington. There is also the opportunity for remote work. Candidates will need reliable transportation for on-site client visits for annual audits and prospecting.

Banking Specialist- Rangeley
Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing Rangeley team! This position supports the Customer Service and Lending teams and reports directly to the Branch Manager.
The Banking Specialist is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our customers in a variety of ways. The person in this role will split their time between Customer Service and Lending and will be the backup for the Teller Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and maintain loan documentation
- Assists lenders with data collection (titles, insurance, appraisals, surveys, financials and any other documentation required for the loan)
- Processing disbursements, extensions and advances on lines of credit
- Prepares documents and responds to customers utilizing Business Online products
- Process customer transactions
- Supporting overall Rangeley branch activities
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a Director of Residential/Consumer Lending to join its talented team to deliver responsible, secure, high quality financial products.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in Residential & Consumer Lending motivated to lead the department’s overall strategy to develop new loan business and service existing portfolios.
Work Location:
This position is based in the Farmington main office, primarily in office. Hybrid arrangement considered after 6 months in the role, but expectations are mostly in-office work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team of Residential and Consumer lenders, processors, underwriters, servicers, closers, and collectors.
- Manage the development, implementation, and operations of residential/consumer lending products & services. Ensure product offerings meet the customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and vet technology & processes to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee both the residential and consumer loan portfolios and loan pipelines, monitoring for trends in volume, delinquency or other notable factors
- Collaborate in the hiring, training, and retention of staff.
- Maintain good public relations with customers and the community. Assume community leadership and service responsibilities.
- Participate & Contribute to the Loan, Collections, Compliance & Asset/Liability Committees.
- Ensure Residential and Consumer team’s adherence to all banking regulations pertaining to Residential and Consumer lending.
Qualifications
