Franklin Savings Bank Announces Exciting Promotions in Commercial Lending

Franklin Savings Bank is proud to announce two well-deserved promotions within its Commercial Lending team, highlighting the Bank’s continued investment in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to Maine businesses.
Caulin Parker has been promoted to Commercial Lender. Caulin began his career at FSB in 2018 as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. While pursuing his degree at the University of Maine at Orono, he spent his summers on the teller line. Caulin has been an integral member of the commercial department since 2020, with a strong focus on credit. His deep understanding of commercial loans and commitment to customer service will support his success in this new role. Caulin will primarily be responsible for managing the Rangeley portfolio, but his impact will extend to serving customers throughout western Maine.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to grow my career here at Franklin Savings Bank,” said Caulin. “I look forward to building lasting relationships with our business customers and supporting the growth of our communities.”
Amy Hebert has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Commercial Credit Administration. Amy joined Franklin Savings Bank in 2020 and has been an invaluable leader within the commercial department. She brings professionalism, collaboration, and positivity to her team, fostering an environment of trust and success. Amy’s thoughtful leadership and dedication make her an incredible asset to the Bank.
“I feel fortunate to step into this new role to support our commercial lenders and provide the best possible service to our customers and communities,” said Amy. “Working at FSB has been a rewarding experience, and I’m excited to work with our dedicated commercial support teams to enhance all aspects of the commercial lending process at FSB.”
“We are excited to see both Caulin and Amy step into these new roles,” said Derek Hayes, EVP, Chief Lending Officer. “Their talent, dedication, and leadership will continue to strengthen our commercial lending team and the support we provide to businesses across the state.”
