Pursuant to 14 M.R.S., Section 6323

By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale granted by the Maine District Court, Division of Northern Oxford, Docket No. RUM-RE-18-0033 in an action brought by Franklin Savings Bank against Joseph N. Bordeau, for the foreclosure of a mortgage deed recorded at Book 3923, Page 327 Oxford County Registry of Deeds, the statutory ninety (90) day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at public sale at the offices of Franklin Savings Bank, 155 Congress Street, Rumford, Maine 04276, on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., the following described premises:-

Being land and buildings at 467 River Road in Mexico, Oxford County, State of Maine, further described in said mortgage deed of Book 3923, Page 327 Oxford County Registry of Deeds.

An open house will be held at the premises Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
