Pursuant to 14 M.R.S., Section 6323

By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale granted by the Maine District Court, Division of Franklin, Docket No. FAR-RE-19-032 in an action brought by Franklin Savings Bank against Troy A. Romanoski as well as an additional parties-in-interest for the foreclosure of a mortgage deed dated December 24, 2004 recorded at Book 2549, Page 300 Franklin County Registry of Deeds, the statutory ninety (90) day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at public sale at the subject premises, on Friday, October 16, 2020  at 2:00 p.m., being therefore at the premises of 42 Norton Hill Road in Strong, Maine, the following described premises:-

Being land and buildings at 42 Norton Hill Road, Strong, Maine 04983, further described in said mortgage deed of Book 2549, Page 300 Franklin County Registry of Deeds, but subject to the easement conveyed to Candice Clark of October 31, 2006 at Book 2835, Page 113 and subject to such exceptions and reservations as may be set forth or referred to in said mortgage deed.

There will be an open house at the premises Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 3 pm to 5 pm.
