Sr. Cash Management Officer

Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team!  We have an opening for a Senior Cash Management Officer to support the Business Solutions team in maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as cultivating new business.

The Senior Cash Management Officer is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our commercial customers in a variety of ways. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and prospects to develop a detailed understanding of their deposit needs, their criteria for decision making, their technology, and their competitive pressures, demonstrating professionalism with a strong customer service and sales background.
  • Work independently with branch managers, commercial lending staff, and others to identify opportunities for business solutions and electronic banking products and services.
  • Prepare agreements/documents for customers as they pertain to products being used and maintained.
  • Work with internal and external sources to educate, identify and offer solutions for security and fraud protection in regard to our products. 
  • Actively participate in business development activities or networking opportunities after normal business hours. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years in a related banking field.
  • A.A. Degree or combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in calculation of figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with tact and finesse 
  • Robust attention to detail
  • Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work
  • Comfortable navigating client visits with office-based work in between.

Location: 

  • This position is ideally based in Western Maine.  There is an opportunity for hybrid work once training is complete, at the discretion of the manager.  Candidates will need reliable transportation for on-site client visits for annual audits and prospecting.

Cash Management Specialist- Remote

Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team!  We have an opening for a Cash Management Specialist to support the Business Solutions team in maintaining relationships with existing customers. 

The Cash Management Specialist is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our Business Solutions team and customers in a variety of ways. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with Cash Management Officer(s) for handling inbound support emails and phone calls- demonstrating professionalism with a strong customer service background.
  • Prepare agreements/documents for customers as they pertain to products being used and maintained.
  • Work with customers to provide technical support with log-in issues as well as resetting passwords.
  • Work with customers to complete verbal Business Online Banking annual reviews.

Qualifications:

  • A.A. Degree or combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in calculation of figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with tact and finesse 
  • Robust attention to detail
  • Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work
  • Comfortable navigating client visits with office-based work in between.
  • Prior banking experienced preferred

  • This position is fully remote.

Commercial Credit Analyst II- Remote

We are looking for an experienced credit analyst to add to the team! The Commercial Credit Analyst II is responsible for financial analysis of our commercial customers of varying complexity and size. Identifying risk, reviewing requests against bank policy and evaluating loan structure are all components of this role. The Commercial Credit Analyst II will develop relationships with lending and support staff to ensure appropriate action. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform underwriting of new loan requests of varying complexity 
  • Recognize trends, determine ability to repay loans, identify risks, and assess collateral 
  • Work closely with Branch staff and Commercial Lenders to compile information and prepare commercial loan approval write-ups
  • Collaborate with teammates to contribute to workflow needs

Qualifications:

  • Banking experience with 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Credit
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Satisfactory home internet

Mortgage Loan Officer- Western Maine Ski Country

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and service our markets with a primary focus in the bustling Farmington and Rangeley regions.  In this role, we are looking for an individual who is looking to team up with our highly dedicated and experienced lending workforce to further extend our product and servicing offerings to our robust customer base.  Applicants should be positive, progressive, energetic, and organized.  Our current lenders and future lenders must value the importance of relationship building, networking, and representation in their communities.  

The successful candidate will: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and clients

Qualifications: 

  • One to five years of mortgage lending experience is preferred but a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
