Collections Representative- Farmington
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Representative to join our team. The Collections Representative will support collection activities, regulatory reporting, loan servicing functions, and communication with customers, lenders, attorneys, and internal departments. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate collection letters and communicate with past due customers to support lenders in resolving delinquent accounts.
- Monitor charged-off loan repayment agreements, process payments, and initiate follow-up calls or correspondence for past due accounts.
- Prepare foreclosure, bankruptcy, and deceased customer claim files for attorneys and assist with related collections activities.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly delinquency, charge-off, and collections reports for lenders and management.
- Maintain loan file records, including updating insurance information, loan warnings, and other required documentation.
- Perform regulatory and operational reporting functions, including state reporting requirements and collections system maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, collections, loan servicing, lending operations, or a related financial services role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to generate reports, maintain records, and analyze data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to professionally interact with customers, attorneys, lenders, and internal staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Loan Servicing Representative- Farmington
The Loan Servicing Representative plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s lending operations through the administration and servicing of residential mortgage, home equity, construction, and consumer installment loans. This position is responsible for ensuring loan records are accurately maintained, servicing requests are completed efficiently, and customers and loan personnel receive timely and knowledgeable support
Key Responsibilities:
- Service residential mortgage, home equity, construction, and consumer installment loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan servicing activities.
- Process loan file maintenance, loan extensions, policy exceptions, UCC filings, payoff requests, and collateral release documentation.
- Administer construction loan disbursements, order inspections, and monitor loan progress until conversion to permanent financing.
- Prepare and process installment loans, including balancing and maintaining loan records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support loan officers and bank personnel with loan servicing questions and requests.
- Generate and distribute loan servicing reports for lending staff across all branch locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Previous banking, loan servicing, lending operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgages, home equity loans, consumer lending, or loan servicing functions preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with professionalism.

Commercial Portfolio Manager- Rumford
Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Lending team. This role works under the guidance of the Vice President, Director of Commercial Credit Administration, and plays a key role in supporting Senior Leadership and Commercial Lenders in maintaining and growing strong client relationships.
The Portfolio Manager will analyze new lending opportunities, actively monitor the existing loan portfolio, participate in client interactions, and assist in the closing of commercial loans. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive loan write-ups and financial analyses for commercial loans.
- Assess borrower financial performance, identify trends, evaluate repayment capacity, and analyze collateral and risk.
- Assist in gathering and packaging loan information for approval processes.
- Provide guidance to Commercial Lenders on appropriate loan structures based on credit risk considerations.
- Actively monitor assigned loan portfolio.

IT Support Specialist- Farmington
Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a customer-focused Information Technology Support Specialist to join our dynamic and growing technology team. This position provides front-line technical support for employees across the organization while helping maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the bank’s technology infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests, resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across desktops, servers, and other technology platforms. This includes occasional travel to our branches within a 125-mile radius from Farmington, ME.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, system changes, and technical documentation.
- Assist with maintaining and securing critical technology systems to support daily banking operations particularly supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Coordinate with technology vendors for application support, equipment procurement, and specialized services.
- Monitor system performance and assist with optimizing technology resources to minimize downtime.
- Assist with inventory management of technology equipment, supplies, and software assets.
