Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Network Administrator to help manage, secure, and enhance our enterprise technology environment. The ideal candidate combines advanced technical expertise with strong leadership, cybersecurity, and project management skills to support critical business operations and drive technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, monitor, and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises, networking, and unified communications systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades, modernization efforts, and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement solutions that leverage automation, AI, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Plan and manage major IT infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the IT team.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and readiness.
  • Participate in on-call support and provide after-hours assistance when needed.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

  • Support and strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity program and information security initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage security controls, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, regulatory examinations, and related remediation efforts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support third-party/vendor risk management processes.
  • Help ensure the protection of systems, networks, and sensitive information through adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, IT risk management, or a related technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, cloud technologies, and infrastructure security.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Residential Loan Closer- Farmington

We are seeking an experienced Residential Loan Closer to support our lending team by ensuring all residential real estate loans are closed according to loan approval and the Bank’s policy requirements. The Loan Closer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all documentation necessary to close residential mortgage loans in compliance with investor, regulatory, and company guidelines while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role works closely with lenders, processors, underwriters, real estate agencies, attorneys, title companies, and borrowers to ensure accurate, timely, and smooth loan closings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents for residential mortgage loans, including purchase and refinance transactions (conventional and portfolio loans).
  • Coordinate loan closings with borrowers, title companies, lenders and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare, review, and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements in accordance with TRID requirements.
  • Review loan files to confirm all prior-to-closing conditions and approval requirements have been satisfied.
  • Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent with approved terms prior to closing.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, investor guidelines, and applicable federal and state regulations including TRID and RESPA
  • Identify and resolve documentation and closing issues in collaboration with internal and external partners. 
  • Collaborate with borrowers, title companies, lenders, and other internal teams to resolve issues and meet closing timelines.
  • Maintain complete and organized loan files in accordance with record retention and audit standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in loan closing or mortgage lending
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents and lending regulations
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass) and standard office software
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Branch Manager- Ellsworth

Lead a branch where exceptional customer service, strong operational excellence, and local relationships drive success. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Ellsworth branch, including daily operations, staff leadership, audit readiness, customer experience, and community growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a “player-coach” mindset – someone who can develop people while also stepping in to support customers and branch activity when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop staff while ensuring excellent customer experience and consistent performance.
  • Drive deposit and relationship growth through account opening, outbound calling, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Lead from the front by assisting customers directly, resolving escalations, and stepping into daily branch work when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving branch results.
  • Lead branch operations, including security, cash controls, dual control standards, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory or leadership experience in banking, retail financial services, or a related customer-focused environment.

  • Strong understanding of branch operations, deposit products, security procedures, and service expectations.
