Enjoy a bright, new dashboard designed to make everyday banking easier. Quickly view account information, recent transactions, favorite accounts, and quick links for common tasks.

Account Organization & Favorite Accounts

Group accounts into categories like checking, savings, CDs, youth accounts, or loans, and select up to five favorite accounts for quick access from your dashboard.

Transfers & External Account Access

Link external accounts, view balances in one place, transfer funds to accounts outside of FSB, and send money to other FSB customers with ease.

How do you get started?

After Platform Go-Live

The new digital banking platform will be available on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:00 AM. Once it is live, current digital banking users should:

Log in for the first time. Use your existing Login ID. When logging in for the first time, click “Forgot your password” to create a new password. Please note: Online banking security has been enhanced, and passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters.

Download the new app. Download the new Franklin Savings Bank mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store on or after June 30.

Update saved links or bookmarks. Update any saved links or bookmarks you use to access online banking.

Review your account settings. Verify account nicknames and re-establish them if needed. Set up account alerts in the new platform, as existing alerts will not carry over. New! Security alerts have been added to the current account alert offerings.

Review payments and transfers. Verify one-time and recurring transfers under the Transfers & Payments tab. Accounting and reconciliation software will not be immediately available at launch but is expected to become available within 24 hours following go-live.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will online and mobile banking be unavailable?

Online and mobile banking, including the current mobile app, will be unavailable beginning Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM.

The upgraded digital banking platform is expected to launch on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:00 AM.

I do not use online or mobile banking. Will this impact me?

No. If you do not currently use online or mobile banking, this upgrade will not impact how you bank today.

You can continue visiting our branches, using ATMs, calling our team, writing checks, using your debit card, and banking as you normally would.

If you decide to start using online or mobile banking in the future, you’ll get to experience a fresh new interface with more features than ever before.

Will my bank account, account number, or routing number change?

No. Your bank account, account number, and Franklin Savings Bank’s routing number will not change.

Will my funds be safe and secure?

Yes. Your funds will remain safe and secure throughout the transition. Franklin Savings Bank will continue to have visibility into account activity during the upgrade, even while online and mobile banking are unavailable for customer use.

Will mobile deposit be available during the blackout period?

No. Mobile banking, including mobile deposit, will be unavailable during the blackout period.

Please plan ahead and make any mobile deposits before Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM, or visit a branch for assistance.

Logging into the New Platform

Will my Login ID change?

No. Your Login ID will remain the same.

The first time you log into the new app or online banking platform, click “Forgot your password” to create a new password.

Will I need to create a new password?

Yes. The first time you log into the new platform, you will need to establish a new password by using the Forgot Password link.
For enhanced security, passwords will need to be a minimum of 12 characters.

When should I download the new app?

Download the new Franklin Savings Bank mobile app on or after June 30.
The current app will no longer be available after the upgraded platform launches.

Transfers, Payments, & Bill Pay

Will my scheduled or recurring transfers carry over?

Yes. One-time and recurring transfers will be preserved during the online banking upgrade.

However, we recommend reviewing your existing transfers before the blackout period begins on Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM and verifying them again in the new platform after go-live.

After launch, you can review your transfers under the Transfers & Payments tab.

Can I schedule a transfer or payment during the transition period?

No. Online and mobile banking will be unavailable during the transition weekend.

Please complete any time-sensitive online banking tasks, including transfers, bill payments, and mobile deposits, before the transition period begins on Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM.

Will BillPay and automatic or scheduled payments be impacted?

Payments or transfers scheduled within online banking should be reviewed before the transition period and verified again after go-live.

If you have automatic payments set up directly with a company, merchant, lender, or service provider using your debit card, account number, or routing number, those payments should not be impacted by the digital banking upgrade.

Account Settings & Alerts

Will my account nicknames carry over?

Account nicknames may not carry over from the current platform. If your nicknames are not present after go-live, you can re-establish them in the new platform.

Will my account alerts carry over?

No. Existing account alerts will not transfer to the new online banking platform. After go-live, you will need to set up your alerts again.
The upgraded platform will include enhanced alert options, including new security alerts.

Business Digital Banking Users

I am a business digital banking user. Will there be additional steps for me?

Yes. Business digital banking users may have additional steps to complete before and after go-live, including reviewing ACH and wire information, downloading and activating new soft tokens, and verifying business banking activity in the upgraded platform.

Will accounting or reconciliation software be available at launch?

Accounting and reconciliation software will not be immediately available upon launch of the new digital banking platform but is expected to become available within 24 hours following go-live.
