Franklin Savings Bank Announces Two Key Promotions in the Human Resources Department

Michelle Grimnes was promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Approaching her two-year anniversary with FSB, Michelle has made an incredible impact in a short time. With over 20 years of HR experience across various industries, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to our team. Michelle leads with genuine care for others, making her an exceptional leader and colleague.
“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported,” said Michelle. Michelle resides in Carrabassett Valley with her husband and their two daughters.
Andy McClement was promoted to HR Compensation & Benefits Officer. Andy has been part of FSB since 2018 and continues to exemplify dedication and excellence. Highly motivated and driven, Andy demonstrates integrity, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and support others. He has a natural ability to inspire those around him.
Reflecting on his promotion, Andy stated, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow with FSB and contribute to the success of our team.” Andy lives in Farmington with his wife and their two sons.
