Franklin Savings Bank Announces Promotion of Heather Erskine to Vice President, Compliance Officer
Farmington, Maine – Franklin Savings Bank (FSB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Erskine to Vice President, Compliance Officer.
Heather has been a dedicated member of the FSB team for more than 25 years. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of roles across the organization, beginning in customer service, transitioning to the loan department, and ultimately finding her passion in compliance. Her broad experience and deep knowledge of banking operations have made her an invaluable resource.
As Vice President, Compliance Officer, Heather is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of the Bank’s Compliance Management Program. She works diligently to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations while partnering closely with senior leadership, auditors, and managers to foster and maintain a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
