New Features
- Accessible from your mobile phone, via Franklin eBranch On The Go!
- You choose the date you want your payment delivered via a dynamic calendar.
- You have a choice of three different payment methods, electronic and two types of checks.
- If offered by the merchant, you may opt for eBills, or paperless bills.
- If you need to, you can speed up your payments to have your check arrive on the same day or overnight. (There is a charge for expediting payments.)
- You may add a memo line to your check payment.
- Personalize your payment reminders for bills that are due soon.
- Franklin Bill Pay is still FREE with personal checking accounts, such as Hometown Checking, Senior Checking and NOW Accounts. Low $5 monthly charge for business checking accounts, such as Hometown Business, Commercial and NOW Business accounts. Regular items charges apply.
But first, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. That’s it!
IMPORTANT: When you schedule a payment in advance, please be sure to note the pending payment in your register. Depending on the delivery date you selected, the funds may not immediately be debited from your account. Those who rely on the current balance without considering pending payments risk overdrawing their account and incurring fees.
