Billings Rights Summary & Error Resolution Notice

If you think your bill is wrong, or if you feel there is an error that needs resolution, please write us at the required mailing address, P.O. Box 825, Farmington, ME 04938-0825 as soon as possible. You may contact us orally, by fax or email, but doing so will not preserve your rights.

In the letter, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. The account number associated with the loan in question.
  3. If you suspect that an error has occurred, describe the error and explain why you believe there is an error.  If you need more information about the error in question, describe in detail what you need.

You do not need to pay any amount in question while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question.  While we investigate your question, we cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount you question.

Requesting Information & Loan Payoff Requests

If you need information about your loan or are requesting loan payoff information, please write us at the required mailing address, P.O. Box 825, Farmington, ME 04938-0825 as soon as possible. You may contact us orally, by fax, or email, but doing so will not preserve your rights.

In the letter, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. The account number associated with the loan in question.
  3. Explain what information you are requesting, such as loan payoff information or loan details.
  4. For payoff requests, be sure to tell us what date you expect to be paying off the loan.
