With TeleBanker, balance inquiries and transfers are as easy as punching buttons on your cell or touch-tone phone.You can find out if a particular check has cleared or the exact amount of a deposit. It’s a great help when you’re on vacation and trying to keep track of direct deposit payments. Best of all, the automated TeleBanker is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week!

And with TeleBanker, your account privacy is assured. TeleBanker requires a special access number from you so you can relax knowing that you’re the only one who can gain access to your account.

Helpful Hints:

  • To access TeleBanker, you’ll be asked to provide an account number (followed by the pound sign (#). Choose a primary account, such as savings or checking. Once your identity has been verified, TeleBanker will now list account numbers for you to choose from.
  • Your TeleBanker Personal ID is your PIN.
  • If you need help using TeleBanker, there is a menu option that will give you instructions for use.
